Technology & capability

What can RIC robots build?+

Large-format structural walls for commercial, data-center, warehouse and residential projects — printing walls from 16 ft up to 32–36 ft, around rebar and against existing structures.

How big are the structures you can print?+

Our flagship Primus prints up to 32 ft tall, 85.4 ft long and 36.1 ft wide, at speeds up to 200 mm/s. That covers most big-box, warehouse and data-center wall systems.

Is 3D-printed concrete structurally sound?+

Yes. We build with code-compliant concrete and real-time, per-layer quality control on every wall.

Are the robots autonomous?+

Today they're human-directed — trained operators run live builds while the system gathers sensor data and self-corrects in real time. Full autonomy is on our roadmap as our AI models train on real-world deployments.

Where are RIC robots manufactured?+

In Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Materials

What you print with

What material do RIC machines print with?+

Standard, locally sourced concrete and aggregates. You choose the mix and the supplier — we're material agnostic by design, with nothing pre-bagged or proprietary to buy from us.

Can I run my own mix and supplier?+

Yes. As long as your pump can handle the material, we can print it — so the mix, the pump and the supply chain stay entirely yours.

Engaging RIC

Working with RIC

How do I get a RIC robot on my project?+

Through Robotics-as-a-Service. We put the machine, the expertise, the materials and the support on your project for exactly as long as you need — no fleet to manage. Tell us about your build and we'll map it.

How is RaaS priced?+

Pricing scales with your project's scope and material choice. We'll map it for you during a consultation.

What does a deployment include?+

The hardware, our expertise and support — value-engineered design to optimize your build for 3D printing, material guidance, and operator training at our centers or in the field.

Process

Getting started

How do I start a project?+

Book a consultation. We review your site and drawings, engineer a print-ready build, then deploy a machine and crew — calibrated to your model in days.

Where do you operate?+

Across the U.S. — with 12 machines operating domestically — and select international markets across four continents.

What project types do you focus on?+

Our core is data centers, residential, and commercial & federal work, expanding into retail, warehouse & storage, and coastal protection.
